This virtual event, hosted by the Army Community Service (ACS) New Parent Support Program (NPSP) and Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP), commemorates all those who have experienced loss due to miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, SIDS, or fetal loss. The ceremony is intended to unite friends around the globe in lighting candles to honor the memories of the sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and grandchildren who left too soon.
