Sponsorship Training with ACS

From the moment new personnel arrive to the USAG Ansbach Community, the first impression can have an impact on their satisfaction, performance, and ability to integrate into the community. Help your organization make a positive impact on newcomers by attending this training and discussing best practices with the Army Community Service (ACS) Relocation Readiness Program – participants will:

o   learn about the functions of an effective Sponsor, 

o   understand the types of sponsorship,

o   explore what new personnel need to know before and upon arrival,

o   consider what transition personnel need when they are transitioning out of Ansbach,

o   gain essential tips and resources to ease the stress of an overseas move.
